White Space Issue - Screen Tab and View Tab Do Not Extend to End of Visible Screen in Open UI

Information in this document applies to any platform.
1. Open Siebel Application in Open UI mode in a 'Tab' related theme (e.g. Gray Tab or Tangerine Tab in IP 2013 or Aurora Tab in IP 2014/2015)
2. Ensure that there are enough default screen tabs to fill the width of the screen (if there are not enough, add some via User Preferences > Tab Layout, log out and back in again).
It can be seen that there is white space to the right of the dropdown arrow next to the last screen tab (in left to right viewing).
3. Go to a screen and view where you can view many view tabs across the screen width (e.g. Contacts or Accounts for example)
4. Drill into the appropriate record (e.g. a Contact or Account record).
It can be seen that there is white space to the right of the dropdown arrow next to the last view tab.
