How to get Activity row_id of Outbound email sent from workflow using “Outbound Communication Manager?
We have a workflow that sends email to SR contact and creates Email - Outbound Activity record for the SR. We are using Outbound Communications Manager BS and Create Method to send outbound emails.
As per business requirement, we need to get email subject details on the same workflow once email is sent. We would like to know possible options to get it.
I saw two output arguments of the Outbound Communication Manager business service method "CommRequestId" and "SRMRequestId", but not sure if & how to relate them to outbound email activity row_id.
