Symptoms

When [Generate Sample XML] is executed on Siebel 8.1.1.10, error happened as follows,
"Generic SSA NOTOK error message.(SBL-DAT-00472)"

Reproduce procedure is as follows,
1. Login to Siebel Web Client.
2. Select [Sitemap]> [Administration - BI Publisher Reports]>
    [Reports - Standard Templates] (or [Reports - Custom Templates]).
3. Choose one of reports on [Reports - Standard Templates] (or [Reports - Custom Templates]) applet above.
4. Press [Generate Sample XML] on [Integration Objects] applet below.
