Applet Toggle Not Working When Personalization Rules are Defined (Doc ID 1581823.1)

Applet does not toggle when Personalization rules are defined on the applet.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Configuration Changes
1. Added ‘Contact List Applet’ under ‘Account Detail - Contacts View’.
2. Added a toggle applet(Response List Applet) on ‘Account Contact List Applet’.
3. Added the 'Contact List Applet' under ‘Account Detail - Contacts View’ .  
4. Added the below script:

5. Add below expression on ‘Contact List Applet’ under
GetProfileAttr ("MoveTo") <> "AgencyResponses"

UI Navigation

1. Navigate to Accounts --> Contacts tab
2. We can see the Contacts list Applet
3. Now toggle to Response List Applet
4. We can still see the Contact List Applet.
5. Repeat the steps in HI
6. Contact Applet is not visible.
