When attempting to run IRM (iPack Deployment Wizard) it fails at step "Apply Schema and Import Seed Data" , the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at customer side with the following steps:
1. run IRM steps from Upgrade guide, rev E
2. it fails in the step "Apply Schema and Import Seed Data"
