Symptoms

Using Siebel 8.0 and later, ServerMgr*.log file records the error message "SBL-SVR-00052: Internal: Invalid proc handle" under the following conditions.

1) "list tasks" command or "list sessions" command is executed via either srvrmgr command line or GUI (Administration - Server Management screen).

2) It includes ServerMgr as one of target components.

For example, "list tasks" on srvrmgr command applies as it includes ServerMgr component among others, but "list tasks for comp SRBroker" does not apply as it specifies SRBroker is the only target component.

Number of SBL-SVR-00052 in the ServerMgr*.log file depends on the number of tasks or sessions for ServerMgr component listed by the step 1).
