Customer was experiencing issues where the application is spontaneously having client side refresh. This has been occurring sporadically since June. The server session is not lost, but the client is perhaps sensing that a full application refresh is necessary. Customer reviewed several Oracle knowledge items including 849459.1, and verified that our environment is in compliance.
Customer is unable to correlate user activity (or inactivity) with the refresh. Customer reviewed for infrastructure changes regarding our Application and Web Servers as well as Firewall and Load Balancers with no recent changes related to ports or timeouts.
Application is spontaneously having client side refreshes. Unable to reproduce the issue in production or any environment consistently.
