HTML Bitmap Image For a Drilldown Is Not Displaying On Siebel Open UI (Doc ID 1583880.1)

Symptoms

An Icon Set up as a Drilldown object in an applet is showing the icon, and working correctly in HI of 8.1.1.10, but in OUI of 8.1.1.10, there is a string value link (showing the Id, 1-147A) being displayed, instead of the icon.

 

The link is working, but the icon is not being displayed.
