OBIEE11g Update Count failing on Segment Tree (Doc ID 1585255.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.10 [23021] version, Siebel Marketing, OBIEE 11g

When running Update Counts in OBI for a Segment, no insert is happening in M_C_CONTACT(POPULATE M_C_CONTACT) table.

NQQuery log, shows that the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to OBIEE analytics.
2. Go to Segment Tree Editor of a Segment Tree.
3. Click on Update Counts [ With Refresh Marketing Cache checked ]
4. Update Count execution jobs Starts.
5. Go to Administration -> Manage Marketing Jobs .
6. Check the details for that log.
7. Log is not Showing the Insert query for M_C_CONTACT Table [POPULATE M_C_CONTACT part in the xml ]

Due to this issue, users cannot run an Update Count in OBI 11g and have cache tales populated
