XML Import in [Administration - Personalization] does not work on Web Client

Information in this document applies to any platform.


(1) Login to Siebel Web Client ( or later)

(2) Go to [Site Map]->[Administration - Personalization]->[Views]

(3) Invoke 'XML Export' in the applet menu to export the personalization setting.

(4) Invoke 'XML Import' in the applet menu. You will see nothing happens.

(5) In the log file, you will see the following errors:


Invalid SRN:

SBL-SWP-00135: Invalid request data
