When trying to see the inbound email in standard Communication screen Inbound Item List View, large HTML emails does not render properly on Siebel OpenUI , the list applet does wrap up properly and show every line of the email body causing a large line that make difficult for user to navigate between the list applet records.
The expected behavior is that the Comments field in Comm Inbound Item List Applet to wrap up all text in Comment in a single line and not increase the height of the line showing every line of the email.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a large inbound HTML message with several line and send against Siebel Email Response to process
2. Email is processed, verify if in Communications screen using Siebel OpenUI.
3. The email body that appears in Comments field show every line of the email and increase a log the heitgh of the line in Comm Inbound Item List Applet
