ESD Does Not Clean State_Dir Folder After Complete Wave Batch (Doc ID 1586408.1)

When launching a Campaign the Wave using an Email Offer the emails are sent successfully and the wave goes to status completes as expected.

But customer notice that in ESD daemon root folder the state_dir folder is not clean up as expected. Also the following warning message can be observed on esd.log:

2013-07-03 09:09:46,687 [SMTPTalker-7] WARN  MailingState Unable to delete file C:\ems_625\esd\state_dir\mailings\00000000\recipients7699275496719602783.txt
2013-07-03 09:09:46,687 [SMTPTalker-7] WARN  MailingState Unable to delete directory C:\ems_625\esd\state_dir\mailings\00000000

These warning messages does not affect at all the Campaign Wave launching process and new wave launch works fine too, customer would like to know if this could cause problems.

Customer is using EMS build 625.
