SBL-UIJ-00429 occurs when opening the reports from My Reports (Doc ID 1586919.1)

Symptoms

When open or save the Account List report from BI Publisher Reports > My Reports via the Web Client on the Windows 7, following error occurs:

Unable to download file Account List.PDF.(SBL-UIJ-00429)
---------------------------

SBL-UIJ-00429 error also occurs when open or save the attachment file from Account > Attachments.
