STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-------------------------------
The behaviour occurs as follows:

1. Log into Siebel UCM Client > create 2 new Account records that are a match to each other, so they show up in the Existing Duplicates view.

2. In the UCM > Existing Duplicates view > select the account > drill down > click Merge button.

3. Merge would complete successfully.

4. Check the UCM Client log file, it will show the error message.

LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY / BUSINESS IMPACT:
------------------------------
There is no adverse/negative impact on the merge functionality, merge still works, but they would like to avoid the error completely.
