Product Selection With Eligibility Display Mode 2 Performance Issue (Doc ID 1588540.1)

Product selection is a key customer functionality for searching products. All products are marked with check eligibility and inclusive eligibility flags.
As it is described in Doc ID 882330.1 perfomance issue occur because of searching for products with eligibility mode=2 causes Signal: GetProdEligibility raised for each product. And it is always low amount of eligible products. Logging shows that after Search button is pressed on the Attribute Search Applet, it invokes Parametric Search Service method and fetches product records within selected product class using "Quote Catalog Internal Product by Price List Optional" Business Component.
After that Siebel starts to fetch product records using Business Component "Internal Product PSP Integration" one by one and starts to raise signals for each product separately.
How to override this behaviour and pass all fetched products in Quote Catalog Internal Product by Price List Optional to PSP?
