Aggregate Drop-down For One Of The Views Is Not Visible In Open UI (Doc ID 1588845.1)

Symptoms

On :  8.1.1.10 [23021] version, Configuration - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
There are 4 aggregate views for Service Request views.
1. My Service Request
2. My Team's Service Request
3. My Location Service Request
4. All Service Request

Whenever My Location Service Request View is navigated, the aggregate view dropdown is not available whereas when it appears in the other 3 aggregate views. This happens in Open UI only.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The aggregate view dropdown should appear.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Service > Service.
2. Select "My Location Service Request".


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to select any aggregate views.
