Symptoms

There is an issue when editing a Workflow Process in Siebel Tools. The display of the layout is not correct: only the connectors are visible for non-ENU languages. The others objects, namely the WF steps (Start, Siebel Operation, Decision Point, Sub Process...) are missing.
