F9 Email Functionality With Siebel/Outlook Form In Open UI Is Not Working (Doc ID 1591238.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

F9 Email functionality with Siebel/Outlook Form in Open UI is not working

In HI, we have F9 email functionality with Email Client as "Microsoft Outlook" and we have an Siebel/Outlook form configured for us which has a BCC addresses specified for all the outbound emails going out of Siebel.

Its purpose is to allow capture of the final versions of emails sent out. By BCC'ing some known email address, they want to monitor that BCC'd mailbox and read the 
incoming emails, parse them, and update the original outbound activity.


In Siebel Open UI, BCC field does not get populated.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer wants BCC field to be populated with static email address when F9 command is invoked.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Siebel Open UI
2. Invoice F9
3. BCC Field is not populated.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send outbound emails to BCC recipients from F9 command
