OpenUI Formatting in Rich Text Fields not Saved (Doc ID 1591792.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR 
---------------
In OUI, facing formatting issues in Rich Text fields, applying changes to text style, fonts, colors etc are not kept.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
RTC field should keep the formatting done recently.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to OUI application- Administration Communications ->All Templates 
2.Open a template 
3.Enter some text 
4.Format them differently like :Bold , Underline , Italics ,Numbering 

5.Now place cursor outside the control in any other view or menu 
Formatting is lost.
