Customer is implementing inbound email processing using Siebel Email Response with Internet SMTP/POP3 Server driver.
A single Response Group with a single Internet SMTP/POP3 Server profile was used. User has defined a single Siebel Server name for the Response Group definition in Site Map>Administration Communications>All Response Groups.
But they want to split the processing for the Response Group in multiple Siebel Servers running CommInboundRcvr component. How this can be achieve? Can Response Groups be created for each server using the same profile ? Or can a Response Group be configured with multiple Siebel Server in the Response Group Server parameter with the Siebel Servers names separated by comma?
