Hi,

We are experiencing an issue with F9 email in Siebel v 8.1.1.10. Emails sent in Plain text format work fine. However, when emails are sent in HTML format, the recipient is only able to see a blank screen (empty body) in Outlook.

 Emails sent in Plain text format work fine. Hwever, when emails are sent in HTML format, the recipient is only able to see a blank screen (empty body) in 3d party Microsoft  Outlook application.
