Symptoms

Scenario 1

When attempting to execute server script to perform file system/shell operations using the Clib object in a Business Service script event, Applet script event, or Business Component script event, the following error occurs:

2. For Scenario 1, if the business service is invoked by an Applet object script event, then user needs log in, and go to that applet to see the error. 

3. For Scenario 2, if the business service is invoked by the Application object > Application_Start event, then the error occurs once user is logged in.

  

Changes

 Upgrade to Siebel CRM Fix Pack 8.1.1.11/8.2.2.4 onward.
