Email Campaign Launch fails and Workflow Process Manager (WfProcMgr) crashes with following call stack:

Observations:
- Basic and advanced personalization do not work in the environment
- Field: Merge Field Set information in Email Treatment Header (Email Offer BC) was empty and disabled. No value can be entered there.
- Email treatment type was showing "E-Mail" instead of Email as in standard environment
