Information in this document applies to any platform.
After upgrading from 7.5 to 8.1, tasks in S_SRM_REQUEST remain in active status even after the corresponding workflow has completed successfully.
As a result, upon enterprise restart these tasks are picked up by SRProc / SRBroker again and re-executed , causing data to be sent to an external system one more time.
