Symptoms
When installing the 8.1.1.11 fix pack, the install errors doing the command that creates the backup of the $SIEBEL_ROOT
i.e.
Command to rename dir backup folder empty: mv /sblqa //sblqa_pre8.1.1.11.0
mv /sblqa //sblqa_pre8.1.1.11.0
