After configure Siebel Email Response in a test environment the Internet SMTP/IMAP Server driver keep showing error: "JMailClient object failed to connect to the email server".
The error can be observed on IMAPSMTP_xxxx_x_x_xxxxxx_xxxxxx.log files.
The IMAP Account been used works fine using another IMAP email client. So the problem seems related to Internet SMTP/IMAP Server driver from Siebel trying to connect with the IMAP Server.

Could not connect to email server. JMail client in invalid state!
IMAPSMTP[11/06/2013 08:12:49:348]:ERROR:Failed to connect to the email server!
