Enabling Fuzzy Query causes Siebel UCM Client OM to crash in 8.1.1.10 FP version (Doc ID 1600397.1)

ISSUE STATEMENT:
----------------

Once the fuzzy query is enabled, UCM OM crashes when executing the fuzzy query in UCM 8.1.1.10 client UI. Here are outlined steps to reproduce the OM crash:

1. Go to Administration - Data Quality screen > Data Quality Settings view.
2. Create new record with 'Fuzzy Query Enabled' and set it to 'Yes'.
3. Restart UCM App services to take effect.
4. Go to Administration - Universal Customer Master screen > Contact link bar > click {Query} button.
5. Enter a value on First Name and Last Name field respectively.
6. Click 'Go' button to run the fuzzy query.
7. UCM OM crashes.

BEHAVIOR PATTERN:

The behavior occurs consistently whenever 'Fuzzy Query Enabled' = 'Yes', but does not occur when 'Fuzzy Query Enabled' = 'No'.

ERROR MESSAGE:

The error message that occurs with this issue is:

Client UI got the session warning error and the UCM component has exited.
