BI Publisher 11g - UploadReportDataChunk Failed: Due To Upload Destination File Doesn't Exist In Cluster Environment (Doc ID 1600399.1)

On : [23021] version integrated with BI Publisher, Reports

When attempting to run BI Publisher Reports for more number of contacts,
the following error occurs.

This is not reproducible for less number of records:


ObjMgrLog Error 1 0000009a52575e8a:0 2013-10-11 12:38:03 (soapbinding.cpp (675)) SBL-EAI-04304: Unknown Part ':oracle.xdo.webservice.exception.OperationFailedException' for operation 'uploadReportDataChunk' exists in SOAP message.
ObjMgrBusServiceLog Error 1 0000009a52575e8a:0 2013-10-11 12:38:03 (outdisp.cpp (247)) SBL-EAI-04308: Operation 'uploadReportDataChunk' of Web Service '' at port 'PublicReportService_v11' failed with the following explanation: "oracle.xdo.webservice.exception.OperationFailedException: PublicReportService::uploadReportDataChunk Failed: due to upload destination file doesn't exist [/opt/oracle/domain/BI_Domain/servers/bi_server1/tmp/_WL_user/bipublisher_11.1.1/to5gma/public/xdo/tmp/xmlp4503481937763071093tmp]".
ObjMgrBusServiceLog InvokeMethod 4 0000009a52575e8a:0 2013-10-11 12:38:03 Business Service 'PublicReportService' invoke method 'uploadReportDataChunk' Execute Time: 0.177 seconds.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run BI Publisher Report for less number of contacts and observe that the report generates successfully.
2. Generate BIP Report for more number of contacts and observe that it fails with this error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to generate the report for large number of records
