Issue Clarification

Customer facing an issue regarding pick applets in Siebel Open UI on eMedical Application.This view is made “readonly” and also the header applet is opening in “Base” mode. But still the pick applet is editable. Once we open the pick applet, we are able to make the changes. This issue is only coming only on Siebel Open UI and not in Siebel High Interactivity eMedical application. This problem is coming throughout the Siebel Open UI eMedical application. This inturn is causing an access control problem for the client. I have attached screen shots from the application.

Re-pro Steps:
============

1.Please make all the views read only for specific user
2. Login to application using respective User Id and Pwd.
3.Go to respective applet
Observe: In read only view, under form applet, all fields should get display in gray color where as MVG fields are displaying in edit mode.

 This problem is coming throughout the Siebel Open UI eMedical application. This issue is causing an access control problem for the client. We are not able to control data accessibility. This has an impact on clients data security, integrity and accessibility.
