Customer Facing An Issue Regarding Pick Applets In Siebel Open UI On eMedical Application.

In Siebel Open UI on eMedical Application, a view is made “readonly” and also the header applet is opening in “Base” mode.
But still the pick applet is editable. Once the pick applet is opened, users are able to make the changes.
This issue is only coming only on Siebel Open UI and not in Siebel High Interactivity eMedical application.
This problem is coming throughout the Siebel Open UI eMedical application. This in turn is causing an access control problem for the client.
1.Please make all the views read only for specific user
2. Login to application using respective User Id and Pwd.
3. Go to respective applet
Observe: In read only view, under form applet, all fields should get display in gray color where as MVG fields are displaying in edit mode.
