Information in this document applies to any platform.
Starting with Open UI, when query by a date field, the date picker returns
datetime format. This limit the result set to that specific datetime.
- Log into Open UI.
- Navigate to Service > All Service Requests.
- Click Query button.
- Enter 12/12/2016 in "Date Opened" or any other date field.
- Tab out of the field.
- The date now incorrectly updates to "12/12/2016 12:00:00 AM"; thus, the query is executed against "12/12/2016 12:00:00 AM".
