CLOB field can only save 32KB data (Doc ID 1601626.1)

Usually CLOB field can handle 128KB as documented in Bookshelf 'Configuring Siebel Business Applications' at [A Reference Materials for Configuring Siebel Business Application]->[Properties of Object Types]->[Properties of a Table Column]->[Physical Type Property of a Table Column]->[Character Large Object (CLOB) Physical Type]. But with the following 2 cases, CLOB field can save only 32KB or you will see ORA-01460 error.

(1) When you create a new record and try to save the record.

(2) When you update a record with other fields which involves other table(s).
