Symptoms

On :  8.1.1.10 [23021] version, Configuration - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
The images are not showing in Open UI application while they are showing up in High Interactivity application.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The images should show up.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Siebel application in Open UI.
2. Go to Help Center (customized view).
3. The images are not showing next to Email, Live Web Assistance and Instructions captions.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the HI and Open UI are showing different behaviors.
