Error While Copying Ancestor Repositories (Doc ID 1603505.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11 SIA [23030] version, Upgrade

When attempting to copy ancestor respository, in order to run IRM
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
[sadmin@sagramihqsblw95]/application/siebel/ancistor_repo> sh copydat.sh /application/siebel/sieb8 /tmp/out.log
Copying hor782.dat to /application/siebel/sieb8/dbsrvr/common/HOR
Could not load program ./AIX/checksum:
  Dependent module libsslcshar.so could not be loaded.
Could not load module libsslcshar.so.
System error: No such file or directory
Error: checksum verification of hor782.dat failed: expected 17ef620f, got
Copying hor811.dat to /application/siebel/sieb8/dbsrvr/common/HOR
Could not load program ./AIX/checksum:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. download zip file V39786_01.zip
2. run sh copydat.sh /application/siebel/sieb8 /tmp/out.log
3. errors appears on log file
