Symptoms

SIEBEL VERSION:
Siebel version : 8.1.1.5

ISSUE STATEMENT:
Customer was calling Business Service 'EAI JMS Transport', method 'Send' in a Workflow Process to post the message to a JMS Queue.  The Workflow Process executed without any issue/errors but the message did not arrive on the designated queue.
