OpenUI: Add Button Is Disabled To Add Views To Responsibilities (Doc ID 1605572.1)

Symptoms

In Open UI, the Add button is disabled: users cannot add views to the vanilla responsibilities.

STEPS
1. Login to the Siebel Open UI application.
2. Click on Administration - Application > Responsibilities.
3. Query for a View: notice how the Add button is disabled.
4. If you create a new responsibility, the Add button is enabled again.
