Please verify if an Office365 mailbox (cloud) is supported with Siebel Email Response?
In bookshelf it says:
"“Your email server. The Oracle-provided Internet SMTP/POP3 Server driver is tested and certified with a number of email servers. Although many email servers support the SMTP and POP3 communication protocols, it is recommended that you use a supported email server.”"
Is this correct ?
Please verify that Office365 mailbox (cloud) supports POP3 and SMTP protocols ?
