Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.10 version, Installation

When attempting to access the Chart Server the following error occurs

ERROR

An error occurred while sending a request to the chart server.(SBL-CHT-00111)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Charts is working fine, then install 8.1.1.10 QF 2049
2. after that , when trying to access a charts the error occurs
