Duplicate List Menu Items - 'Import', 'Export', 'Columns Displayed', 'Advanced Sort' Display Twice (Doc ID 1609207.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11 SIA [23030] version, Configuration - General

After patching 8.1.1.10 to 8.1.1.11, certain menu items on list applets are duplicated, e.g. Apply List, Save List, Export.., Import..., Columns Displayed, Advanced Sort, etc.
It seems as if the patch imported new Menu Items for the 'CSSFramelist' class.

The list of applet menu items should not have duplicate menu items.
In order to minimize problems at a future upgrade which of the duplicate Menu Item records should be inactivated?

Changes

 Upgrade from 8.1.1.10 to 8.1.1.11 and this new duplicate applet menu items appeared.
