The customer are trying to patch our DEV server (220.127.116.11) with 18.104.22.168 with IRM. The upgrade wizard ran successfully but the application does not come up afterwards. The error thrown is "SBL-DAT-00383: Field '<?>' is defined more than once in business component definition '<?>'." but there is no duplicate fields in the BC. They have gone through the document - "After Upgrade, Logging into to Siebel fails with SBL-DAT-00383, Field is Defined More Than Once in Business Component Definition, but there are no Duplicate Fields? (Doc ID 1536168.1)" which says to validate the BC and correct the severe errors which could fix the issues but it has not for them.
