Siebel Chat panel show a blank applet and user can not chat with customer after answering a transfer chat.

On 18.104.22.168 with Enhanced Chat implementation Siebel Chat panel freeze when the Siebel user receives a chat transfer from another Siebel Chat user. The Chat Panel remains blank and the user cannot chat with the customer transferred. This is happening ramdonly, some transfer works fine, some not.
When the Siebel Chat user received a transfer chat it should not freeze the Chat panel and the user should be able to chat with customer transferred.
