Setting Event Status To Cancelled Does Not Update Corresponding Registration Status Of Attendees To Cancelled (Doc ID 1611965.1)

Symptoms

Setting the Event Status to Cancelled no longer updates the Registration Status of Attendees to Cancelled. 

Before upgrading to Siebel 8.1.1.7, the previous version (8.1.1.2) automatically set the Registration Status of all Confirmed attendees to "Cancelled" if the Event Status was updated to "Cancelled".  

After the upgrade to 8.1.1.7,  this no longer occurs. When setting the Event Status to "Cancelled", the status of the Attendees remains "Confirmed".

The expected behavior is that cancelling an Event (changing the Event Status to Cancelled) should also change the Registration Status of Confirmed Attendees to Cancelled.

STEPS
1. Create an Event Plan:
    Go to Events > Events Plans
    Create a new record.
2. Drill down on the Event Plan.
3. Go to Schedule > Events
    Add a new Event.
4. Add Participants to the Event:
    Go to Events > Events > Drill down on Event
    Go to Participants > Registration: Add Attendee > Press Register Button.
5. Cancel Event: Go to Event Plans > Drill down on Event: Change status to Cancelled    
6. Change Event to Cancelled.
   

Result: Cancelled status of the Event does not propagate to the Attendees already Confirmed.

Due to this issue, Attendees show they are registered for a Cancelled Event.
