Expiring Loyalty Accruals Creates Redemption Record Without Transaction Id Populated (Doc ID 1614404.1)

Symptoms

When accruals are expired using the "Expire Points" button, it updates the "Used Value" on the accrual and a redemption record with Type = Expired is created, but this record does not have the TXN_ID populated.
