Siebel CRM : Auto Select is Not Working in Open UI LOV Fields if There is a Case Difference.

Goal

Issue is with Dropdown Picklist in Open UI when compared with HI mode.


In HI mode behaviour:-
--------------------

1. Open any Siebel Application. Iam taking following Eg
(Navigate to Opportunity > Opportunities List), Fields selected Revenue Type, Sales Method, Sales Cycle.

2. Enter partial values either in small letters or block letters and try to tab out, it will display the list values.

3. Enter partial value in Init cap, it will fill the field with the corresponding value.



In Open UI mode behaviour:-
--------------------------

1. Select the same fields for comparision. (Revenue Type, Sales Method, Sales Cycle)

2. Enter partial values either in small letters or block letters and try to tab out, it will not display the list values.
This is causing inconvenience to the users.

3. Enter partial value in Init cap, it will fill the field with the corresponding value.


This is an issue throughout the application where ever Dropdown Picklists are present.
