Error SBL-DAT-00468 Trying To Suspend A Promotion Created By A User With A Different Position (Doc ID 1616942.1)

Symptoms

Users with a different position are not able to suspend Promotions.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Create a new account called "Suspend Account" of type "Residential"
2) Create a new promotion called ABC and add two simple products to it with default =1
3) Create a new Order and add the Promotion which will add the two simple products by default
4) Auto-Asset the line items and check that the assets were created
5) Using User Preferences > Change Position - change the position of the logged in user to another or alternatively log onto the application as a user with a different position
6) Navigate to the Account > Account Summary view and select the Promotion.
7) Select Menu > Suspend and note the following error appears:
