Symptoms

After completing upgrep from 8.2.2.3 to 8.2.2.4 and copying irm_sav_file.ssf on Windows machine where Tools is installed and launching with command:

siebdev.exe /u /p /d /c /l /IRM UpgDeltaMerge /iPackmode

Gives an error:

'Error: Can't continue with Delta Merge from the current Save State.
