After Java Runtime Environment JRE upgrade to JRE u7.25 or 7.51 when a Siebel CTI user login to Siebel some pop up warning appears. If the user do not select "Run" or "Don't block" or "Allow" for the JRE security warning the Siebel CTI Toolbar doe not get enable or it does not appear the the user can not use that.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Upgrade to Oracle JRE 7.21 or higher 2. Login to Siebel Application with a Siebel CTI user 3. When Siebel tries to initialize the Siebel CTI Toolbar Java Applets JRE may pop up several different warning messages 4. If the user does not disregard all the security warning allowing the Java applet to run the Siebel CTI Toolbar does not load or load but the button do not get enabled.
