Various Object Manager processes of Siebel Server Components including: EAI Object Manager and Workflow Process Manager one

ISSUE:
--------
Unexpected Object Manager process crashes (at the end of session).

The error occcurence is simiilar to one addressed in the Bug:16040256 for which, a fix was however incoroporated in the considered Siebel CRM Fix Pack (8.1.1.9+)
