The customer is using Siebel version 126.96.36.199 SIA .
He complains that in Open UI mode the import of Data Maps is not working. He is not encountering any error but the update/insert is not done.
He was tested the behavior with Siebel standard SRF file.
The reproducible steps are:
1 - Navigate to Administration - Integration -> Data Maps
2 - In this view click Menu -> Import Data Map
3 - After selecting the file and clicking Import button nothing happens, no error and no insert or update of the data maps occurs.
The customer observed that in Siebel High Interactivity (HI) mode all works well.
The customer wants to know if this is a defect or if there is a workaround.
