Goal

Can we implement both Interactive and Dynamic assignment for one object?


Scenario: There are 100 assignment rules for assigning service request object to employees. Now client wants that 80 rules should run and assign SR dynamically and other 20 rules should be only for interactive assignment. Is it possible? If yes how can we implement it? What components parameters, policies should be set for this?
