Symptoms

When using the EAI XML Converter Business Service to convert an XML received by the external system into an Integration Object format, the following error was thrown:

ERROR:

The XML document cannot be converted to an XML hierarchy.(SBL-EAI-04110)

Fatal Error in XML Parser at line 1, column 40: Expected an element name(SBL-EAI-00247)
